For this reason, Tecnica Tre has adopted an entrepreneurial philosophy that, through targeted and constant investment, has enabled management to identify, optimise and strengthen control processes in the supply chain to guarantee the highest quality standards in terms of production and distribution services.

Over the years, Cristian and Denis Scotton have focused on increasing material stocks, increasing the number of product families and implementing preparation and logistics software. Objective? To achieve the highest possible flexibility and to ensure consistently rapid responses in both distribution and product delivery.

Controls and traceability

Tecnica Tre has achieved excellent objectives thanks to a stringent policy of dimensional controls and chemical-mechanical analyses that guarantee quality and compliance with current regulations for each product.

An integral part of this strategy is the WMS system and the traceability of batches and castings, which optimises the handling of each individual item while enabling at the same time the reconstruction and documentation of its history.

The double outgoing control on the items ensures that the order and its preparation are consistent; the packaging is made suitable for shipment to any part of the world. The packing list label in each package eases customers' control and counting operations.

All with the aim of combining reliability, quality and speed of order processing in a single service.

Certifications

Tecnica Tre is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 by DNV for the design and production of stainless steel flanges and fittings and sales of stainless steel flanges, pipes and fittings. 

All products are accompanied by control documents in compliance with EN 10204 3.1 and specific reference standards.

On customer's demand Tecnica Tre issues for some of its products the EN 10204 3.1 manufacturer's certificate according to PED 2014/68/EU, the MOCA (Materials and Objects in Contact with Food) Declaration of Conformity and the RINA safety certificate.

Tecnica Tre also holds the T3PRESS mark for press fittings and has been certified by the German agency DVGW according to worksheet GW 541. This guarantee is achieved by passing the most stringent tests for products used in the drinking water sector.
