This production type, achieved by casting liquid steel in special moulds, allows fast, low-cost production of precision casting- flanges. However, since there is no further heat treatment, it precludes subsequent machining.
The range of casting flanges marked A351 (precision cast), ready in Tecnica Tre's warehouse, includes: slip on plate flanges, reducing plate flanges, blind flanges and loose flanges.
All types of the precision cast flanges are available from DN 10 to DN 1200 in nominal pressures PN 6, PN 10, PN 16, PN 25 and PN 40.
