TECNICA TRE SRL is committed to promoting a corporate culture based on ethical behavior and good corporate governance, thus fostering an environment in which people are encouraged to report unacceptable conduct within the company.

For this, a specific channel is provided to ensure confidentiality and the absence of retaliatory acts to people who report illegitimate behavior.

Violations and/or irregularities related to the issues covered by the Whistleblowing regulations can be reported.

Examples include but are not limited to:

• Bribery;
• Money laundering;
• Harassment;
• Failure to use the PPE or equipment provided for the job;
• Bullying;
• Fraud;
• Misuse of confidential customer and Company data.

The indicated channels may not be used to propose a complaint related to the business relationship, but only to report illegitimate behavior.
