Welding fittings

Stainless steel buttweld fittings

Mainly used in industrial plant engineering, but also in the chemical, oil and naval sectors, stainless steel buttweld fittings are obtained from the transformation of pipes or sheets, or from extrusion and drawing. The application of this type of fittings is done through the butt-welding process.

There are two variants of welded fittings: the EN 10253 with straight ends and obtained from raw pipes and the ASME B16.9 fittings with beveled ends offered both in the welded and seamless version without welding.

For the EN 10253 fittings the managed range goes from 10 mm up to 1214 mm in the thicknesses from 2 mm to 10 mm, while for the ASME from ½ “up to 12” in the 10s/40s/80s schedule.

The stainless-steel welded fittings managed in the catalog by Tecnica Tre are elbows, tees (or T fittings) and concentric and eccentric reductions, end caps and collars or stub ends.
