Stainless steel buttweld fittings
See the productsMainly used in industrial plant engineering, but also in the chemical, oil and naval sectors, stainless steel buttweld fittings are obtained from the transformation of pipes or sheets, or from extrusion and drawing. The application of this type of fittings is done through the butt-welding process.
There are two variants of welded fittings: the EN 10253-3/10253-4 with straight ends and obtained from raw pipes and the ASME B16.9 fittings with bevelled ends offered both in the welded and seamless version.
For the EN 10253 welding fittings the managed range goes from 10 mm up to 1214 mm with thicknesses from 2 mm to 10 mm, while for the ASME B16.9 A/SA403 welding fitings, the range goes from ½ “up to 12” in the 10s/40s/80s schedule.
The stainless-steel welding fittings managed in the catalog of Tecnica Tre are 90° and 45° elbows, equal and reduced tees (or T fittings), concentric and eccentric reductions, end caps and collars type 33 or stub ends.
